Evictions

Hazards/Rehab
AJCPS employs a separate Hazard/Rehab department in its office so that a team of experts in the field handles the unique situations and jobs that arise from these types of orders.

AJCPS cuts over 600 lawns a month. We have over 6 crews trained and ready to complete this work on a timely basis.
REO Services
AJCPS has been completing REO services for 2 years. We have services multiple clients and have been a sub provider for a HUD contract in the full state of Georgia. We have specially trained crews ready to complete this work.
Seasonal Services
Winterizations, Grass Cuts, and other seasonal services are handled every year by AJCPS. A scalable solution has been laid out and planned well in advance of these services being issued each season.
Emergency Repairs
AJCPS employs an emergency on-call phone that can be used 24/7. AJCPS has been called many times to take care of emergencies for clients many times after hours and on holidays to complete emergency repairs and assessments..
